Vincenzo Pugliese not only bet on people’s craving for wholesome, made-from-scratch comfort foods, but he also staked his reputation on it. This simple yet enduring recipe is the foundation of La Rosa Chicken & Grill, established in 1994 in Marlboro, New Jersey.

Food has always been an integral part of Pugliese’s life, and his lifelong commitment to it helped shape the early framework behind La Rosa. From fast food to fine dining, his family business experience provided the insight needed to create a unique, casual dining concept that combines friendly service with the old-world traditions of freshly prepared, wholesome food. Three decades later, this is what keeps customers returning to La Rosa again and again.

Our all-natural premium chicken is steeped in La Rosa’s signature marinade, delivering that unique, straight-off-the-grill flavor, texture, and moistness. We also offer roasted, grilled, or hand-battered buttermilk-marinated crispy chicken tenders.
