Freedom Fighters: Expungement, Activism & Legalization

Eligible offenses were supposed to be automatically removed according to the Marijuana Decriminalization Law, which mandates the expungement of certain marijuana cases. If you believe your case should have been considered for expungement under this law, our experts will explain how you can file motions. This is just a snapshot of the unfair treatment faced by those in the cannabis community. Our panel of legal experts, along with individuals who have gone through the process, will discuss efforts to bring social justice to the cannabis community.
